1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is made within 1-3 days of receiving the item.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 1-3 days of delivery. Include your order details, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, a full refund will be issued through the same cash on delivery method. We do not charge any return handling fees for valid return cases.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been used or tampered with.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
  • Items returned without prior communication.

5. Exchange Requests
If you prefer a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please indicate that in your return request. We will arrange the exchange after reviewing and confirming the request.

6. Delivery Charges
If the return is due to an error or fault on our side, any applicable delivery cost will also be refunded.
